For that being said, I mean I believe every step of the way was toward a destination God plans for us. However, when we walk that journey, no matter how mindful we are, we still cannot really see where was to go until we get there.
I felt that when last summer I took Leonard to the zoo. I'd never stepped into any zoo since I didn't even know when. I probably would laugh if two years ago anyone told me I will walk in the zoo with my very own son very soon.
I felt the same way when I run some daily errands, for example, taking Leonard to Daycare. I felt that when I see him scoping yogurt himself-- it seems not that long ago he was a newborn, red, soft, hardly open his eyes. Now he is feeding himself?!
When we take him to Daycare in the morning, He can walk to his room by himself-- obvious knowing the direction. He sometimes peeks through the window before he goes in and that always makes me smile. M used to say Leonard was like little animal. I feel God plants a little magic seed in him. This little seed is growing and flourish-- that little animal now become a human with a soul.

Are my friends there already?
He obvious is developing his own personality-- and he has a lot of opinions about his life. He loves the fireplace in his playroom. One day, we were all there while he was playing the toys. He found we were all sitting on the sofa reading books and came up with a better idea. He brought us to the fireplace, one at each time, patted the brick signaling us to sit. After we all settled down, he squeezed between us so we can all sitting together at his favorite spot.
He loves to go out with us. No matter it is to Church or Bookstore. He looks like a little explorer whenever he goes out. I finally got a backpack with a cord attached to me and him in case he wandered off by himself.
To him, life is sweet and day is too short. I hope life will stay this way in his life.
Sunday morning, after service, we are getting ready to go home.
In book store, he picked the book out of the shelves and looked at me: what is this, mommy?
Don't bother me, I am reading.
Me and Daddy in the bookstore. (B&N).
After all, I am just a little boy love to play.
